The same girl has been working up front during my last few visits—a tall, slim, tomboyish young woman, probably around 19, and she is painfully slow. No one even greets you anymore. I visited Manhattan Bagel on 6/2/23 and ordered a strawberry lemonade and two breakfast sandwiches on plain bagels—one with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese, and the other with bacon, egg, and cheese. The bacon sandwich had a strange, almost sour taste. I had requested scrambled eggs but received a fried egg instead, which might explain the off flavor. I ended up discarding the sandwich halfway through. Later that day and into the next morning, I suffered severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and continuous vomiting, even throwing up bile. I am really disappointed with Manhattan Bagel. I've sampled several of their breakfast sandwiches, and only the avocado egg white sandwich was up to my expectations. For example, I ordered the breakfast cheesesteak, which your advertisement showcases as a generous roll stuffed with eggs, meat, peppers, and onions. However, what I actually received was a small roll with only a few drops of egg and some shreds of meat. The price you charge for such a tiny portion is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with your breakfast sandwiches has been disappointing, apart from one.
This was the second time I gave the Barclay Square, Cherry Hill, NJ Manhattan Bagel a shot to make an edible bagel sandwich, and unfortunately, they failed again. They really can’t seem to get their one job right. Luckily, there are plenty of other bagel shops nearby. I asked for a toasted poppy seed bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese—but once again, I got an untoasted plain bagel with an overcooked egg. There was some cheese, but no bacon. It was the saddest, soggiest sandwich I've ever seen. Here’s hoping my toaster oven can salvage this soggy mess.

It would be very helpful if they had a designated shelf for customers to easily pick up their preordered and prepaid items. Having to wait in a long line with regular customers just to grab a small bag of bagels can be quite frustrating and takes away from the convenience of preordering.
Every time I stop by Manhattan Bagel, Katerina is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The iced coffee is fantastic, and the bagels are consistently fresh. Their menu truly offers some of the best breakfast options, making this one of our top morning destinations.
I had a quick and easy experience at the restaurant. From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bagels were fantastic and made exactly as I asked. Thank you all for a job well done!
Update: My tuna bagel caused food poisoning—I vomited three times after eating it. The apple slices were old. I ordered a croissant sandwich, but instead, they served it on a stale bagel with bland, canned tuna.

My wife and I went to this restaurant every morning during our weekend getaway, and the food was exceptional. These are truly the best bagels I've ever had!
