First, this place is awesome! Quality bagels, food options, and people are great. For Ordering: Order mobile- the food is made and waiting for pickup to the right of registers once you walk in, as usual. AVOID ordering at register. Twice in a row my food was either not called out or not made at all. It’s a real bummer cause the cashier taking my order recognized it happened again (no call or order placed with food preppers). I think there’s a disconnect with communication during the morning rushes. My order consisted of just a bagel and a creme cheese. There was no line after me, I waited 10 minutes before one of the 5 employees who were crowded in one place asked if I was waiting for something. I said I was waiting for my simple order which apparently no one was going to do until he asked me. Only after that he started cooking and after a minute he gave it to me. All these 10 minutes 5 employees from the cafe were standing in a bunch and chatting.This is my first visit to this bagel cafe and unfortunately I am sick of never coming back here after this experience. Terrible!
If you like eating in a completely filthy environment then by all means come here. Either the management or the owners don't care about keeping the place tidy and the employees just stand around in the back talking or sit at the tables eating their lunch. The food is also extremely mid. I think they use old baguettes for the sandwiches because they are not warm and have no crunch.
The service and the atmosphere is amazing there I usually get a bagel with cream cheese with tomato and onion, but I’ve had their breakfast sandwiches as well. Also incredible. If you’re lucky enough to get Cassidy to make your sandwich or your breakfast bagel, you are in luck because she is the best.

First time here. I had the egg bagel with cream cheese. It was delicious! The bagel was perfectly warm and it was fluffy. The cream cheese was a nice add-on. The customer service was great and the bagel was made right away. Give them a try if you haven’t already.
Long the best place in LA for great, traditional, fruit filled scones, they have slowly become joke. The worst was this week when the three raspberry scones contained not even a single bit of fruit. Probably cannot get any worse.
The carbs in bagels are a rare treat for me. I ordered a bagel toasted dark. I was very specific when I ordered. What I got was a barely toasted bagel. I don't recommend this place.
By far the best bagels I've had in Los Angeles now 15 years. Their cookies could use some work, But lunch sandwiches are really fresh and we primary come here for the bagels.

I am a regular customer here and they are completely ripping me and other consumers off with the protein in their salads. Look at the chicken in the Chinese Chicken
