I've been to Mann Meats several times and hve never been disappointed. My personal favorite is the Mann Candy aka burnt ends. I've had them by themselves and on a burger. The meats are all juicy, well smoked, and served in a good size portion. They offer a few sides maybe could use more. Call ahead is definitely advised if going at lunch time. The wait to place an order is lengthy. Meal type: Lunch
Some of the best pulled pork and chicken I’ve ever had. Everything I’ve ever had from here has been perfection. It’s so delicious we got it to serve at my son’s first birthday and it was a hit! Not only is the food amazing, but it is owned and ran by truly amazing people who are kind love their community. Businesses like this are rare and our community is blessed to have them.
I ordered the rib tips, potato salad, and baked beans. The sides were excellent, but unfortunately, the meat didn't meet my expectations. I often find it concerning when the cashier claims it's the best food in the world and that you can't go wrong with it. You never see Range Rovers overhyping themselves; they sell themselves. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
Overall, I give Mann Meats a five-star rating. The staff is outstanding, and the service was prompt. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and it was fantastic—the meat was flavorful, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. The only drawback I found was the price of the sides. This place is delicious! We ordered a regular burger and a Mann Candy. They were perfectly smoked and the sauce was sweet with just a little kick of spice at the end. They don't really have a dinning area but it's quick to go and we ate in the car in the parking lot. They even have a converted school bus/food truck. Family and local owned! Check em out!
Love their food despite it being pricey, but MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER. Seems an honest mistake happens every time I patronize this business. Rather curious if you ask me.UPDATE I am in their rewards program which gives you something on your birthday, but the funny thing, you have 4 days to use it and they were closed 3 of the 4 days. I'm done.
From day one, their food is consistently good. Their ribs are fall off the bone tender, super juicy, and so good! Easily the best I 've ever had. I also really like their pulled pork, chicken, and chicken burgers. In addition to having great food, the owners give back to the community time and time again. Great people and great food!
My wife and I both got sick after dining here. The food was dry and overly sweet. If you're looking for authentic barbecue, I recommend steering clear of this place. Food rating: 1/5. Réservez une table maintenant
Fantastic food. Probably the best BBQ in all of North County. Ribs smack, corn coblets are the best I’ve ever had and Mann candy hits the spot.
