W????W!!! The Maple Street Biscuit Company in Seminole, Florida has the absolute BEST customer service! We were greeted by the manager on duty Jalyn. After finding out that this was our first visit, he served us complimentary Cinnamon Biscuits to try. Thewere so delicious, big and fluffy, and sweet and savory. This restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked. We orderedBiscuits and Gravy with meatball sized Italian Sausage. Honestly, I could have eaten this all day long. It was that good! Go! Go now! Biscuits are made fresh , right in front of you! A staff member makes and kneads the dough, cuts the biscuits, and then bakes them. I saw a staff member bring out a good looking container with boneless, skinless, chicken breast. They batterand fry them fresh. I always get, ?The Five? which is a piece of fried chicken with bacon and cheese in between Biscuits andcovered with extra sausage gravy and pepper jelly on the side. The Maple Tap coffee that they offer as a slightly sweet tasteof maple syrup which is something that will make you return! The staff is friendly and fast. Second visit here and was very disappointed. First of all, they don't wait on you so you're expected to stand there and get your food. They don't call out the dish name or your name so you have no idea who's food is sitting there and have to constantly check. Latte was very watered down; my goat cheese chicken sandwich was disgusting, two very thin cold chicken strips, each the width of my finger and mostly breading with not much flavor with a very cold piece of mushy goat cheese on top. My husband's steak was very thin and covered in a ton of breading. We both left still hungry and not happy with our food. I don't recommend.
I wanted something different for breakfast, so I decided to try this place. You order your food at the counter, and staff will call out your order to get it. But it was HOW they called your order. The question was “your best memory of 2022”? Your answer was the name of your order! How cute!I got the Five and Dime! I asked for fried egg, but my order came sunny side up. It was remade within minutes, and it was hot. The biscuit was soft! The chicken was crispy! But I was not too fond of the bacon. It was undercooked IMO. I like crispy bacon.I got an iced Caramel Toffee Crunch Latte! Mmm, mmm, it was delicious!

You must go to this restaurant! Everything is made from scratch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The inside is a very open and new looking environment. Instead of giving your name we had to give our favorite beach song. They call your song nameto come up and get your food. You order when you walk in. I had the maple latte it was great. You can do endless coffee too andhave pumper pots to help yourself. Head out and check out this place!
Excellent biscuits and gravy. Relaxing atmosphere and fun service. They ask you a question of the month when you order, which gives you something different to converse about. Try their signature Maple ? Vanilla Latte Hot! Oh, and the Orange Juice fresh squeezed. ?Food: 5/5
Made to order and not fast because of it. Solid good that holds up to their standards. Friendly staff and clean environment. Be ready for them to ask you a quirky question to identify your order, wasn't prepared for that.Was really good, even with as busy as they were.
Very nice, cozy place to eat. The food was great. Staff was super friendly. A little over priced for the portions. I fell like this is a place you go for ambiance and not so much the food. It's a quiet, country setting inside with old folky music. It wasnice.
