Miserable experience. Went here for a birthday dinner thinking it was an upscale restaurant or at minimum a nice resturant. Boy was that not the case. The menus were so scratched up that you could barely read them. The waitress came, took our appetizers order, then came back with the appetizers without ever taking our entree order. She actually put the appetizers on top of the menus instead of taking them, which explains why they were so scratched up. She did finally put our entrees in, which was after the appetizers were completely finished and someone had come to clear them away. We went in there (a family of 6 with a small child , we called 10 minutes prior to ensure they had space for us. Upon arrival, we were rudely greeted by what I can only consider to be an beta employee who had the look of nervousness on her face as if we had just asked to eat on an airplane. After which, she skipped to a waitress (probably in BETA too and screamed at us ?whoever told you we have space is wrong, I then showed her my phone with the phone number of her restaurant and proof of reservation and she snapped at us , at which point, our young child who was terrified by the petrified waiter and hostess, we made an informed decision and left. They deserve 0 stars.
We have only ever eaten take out here but it has always been great. Crab cakes are the best in this area we have found. Pizza is amazing. The steaks are always cooked right. They have a very convenient take out set up and my wife and I love treating ourselves to a fancy meal at home. This place has never let us down. It?s fine dining at home for us.
Went on a Saturday night. Was seated within 2 minutes. Food was amazing from the salads to the main courses. Didn't take pictures but we will definitely go again. The others in my party had never been but all liked Marco Polo. Wait staff was helpful and friendly.

I visited this restaurant alone two weeks ago and had a great experience. The cocktail shrimp and squash soup were both really good, but the penne was incredible. All of that cost me under $40 in total. I’ve definitely found my new favorite spot!
Ordered Manicotti for delivery. Portion was good, but the Manicotti was flat instead of tubular round with little inside ingredients and bland flavor. Food from Marco Polo is typically excellent, but this dish was very disappointing. ?
Great place, I really enjoyed my time here, food was far beyond delicious and service exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!
I've been here twice, and both times, the food was fantastic. The red sauce and mussels are expertly prepared.
