I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I waited 18 minutes after placing my order, during which someone nearby dropped their phone. When I called back at 7:05 PM, a woman took my order and confirmed my phone number. However, by 8:15 PM, my pizza still hadn’t arrived. It’s completely unacceptable for a pizza place in Fort Benning, GA, to provide such poor service. The delivery driver finally called me in front of my house around 8:50 PM. I informed him that I had already ordered from Domino’s because my kids couldn’t wait two hours for a pizza. He apologized and explained that there were only two drivers available and that they were running behind....
This is undoubtedly the best pizza I've had in a long time! Normally, I’m not a huge fan of crust, but I find myself finishing it every time I visit. Each experience at Marco’s has been amazing. Although I’ve only tried the pizza, I can confidently say it’s absolutely delicious! It's far superior to Domino's—I don't even think about ordering from them anymore. Plus, I really love their fantastic deals and prices!
The cheesy bread felt more like a doughy imitation than actual bread; it was undercooked, and the cheese easily came off. The container was almost drenched in grease. As for the Caesar salad, it came with ranch dressing packets instead of the traditional dressing. Overall, I didn’t feel that this order provided either quality or value.
