From the District Manager to the employees the services is poor,, rude, unprofessional. I was told by the GM that my name couldn't be updated in their system, because the data base is from Verizon Wireless and they can't update the name, address, ortelephone to match my information. I purchased my home a year ago. Marco Pizza refuses to change it. If Mr. and I bothorder a pizza and its in his name. He will end up with his food and mines. The DM wants to make it seem like its my faultbecause I brought the home. Depending on which Marco Pizza you go to the service is going to be VERY poor. Service was horrible. I called twice about my missing pizza's to the manager. I made this order at 5:30pm and the emailed receipt came 6:20pm then I check the tracker it showed delivered but I never got my pizzas . So call up to the store and spokenwith the manager , she stated it was on it way. I waited some more and called around 7:36pm to Marco's and asked the managerwere is my pizza she said that is was delivered an hour ago. I said no it hasn't. Then she said the address back to me that andit was the wrong address, so I think my neighbor took my pizza's. I actually tip ahead time 15% which to a little over $4 onthe bill. The driver can't read or something and manager wouldn't apologize...
This past week we ordered carry out 2 pizzas and an order of wings 10 piece when my husband went to pick up the order there was hardly any topping is on our pizza and it was put in the center of the pizza and then the pizzas were not sliced also ourchicken wings were not sauced weak we called and they said that they would give us a credit So We slice the pizza ourselvesbecause it was late by the time we got our food so here we are 10 days later we just got home from being Out a town I'm tired Iwanted to order pizza for dinner tonight to make it easy and I called to use our credit and they did not show that there was acredit on our account so I asked to speakActing manager and the guy was rud...
I was very pleased with my delivery order today. The steak and cheese sandwich was great. The salads were fresh. Best of all the uncrustable pizza was filling and plenty there, unlike other places that I have ordered from before. This was the best delivery order I have had in Florissant for quite some time. I will be ordering again.

This is the best chain pizza you will ever eat, and rivals the independents. Always good quality and service from this location, can't really ask for more. My favorite indulgence.
It appears that the names are not being updated or changed on this site. If two customers have the same name, how can the restaurant ensure the correct order is delivered?
This is a great spot for family pizza outings. The kids really enjoyed the pepperoni and sausage pizza. The service was friendly, and the pizza was served hot.
Apparently no one knows how to update/change names at this location. If two people have the same name. How are you going to ensure they get the correct order.
