Margaritas Cafe East Meadow

I was in a pinch for lunch so I went here to grab a sandwich. I figured a bagel place on LI and you can't go wrong. Wrong! I just got a simple turkey, lettuce, tomato, mustard on a roll. The roll was yesterdays. Stale. The macaroni salad that came with it was gross. I think there was water added to the mayo in it. And the pickle was nasty. It was soggy and old. It cost me $15 for a lunch that I threw most of it away and I'm still hungry.The only silver lining was the man that helped me was very nice and had a smile on his face. Ordered on their website which should have accurate prices and when I went in for pickup the gentleman that seemed like the owner wanted more money for a rainbow bagel and also wouldn't give me a coffee that their own website said came with the meal. These are bad business practices and annoyed me enough that I won't be back. Especially with all the other choices for bagels where they would appreciate my business and honor their own prices.

5 years later give them another shot. Order one platter, that was supposed to come with coffee that was never sent. Plus the hammer egg sandwich was awful. Soggy atleast 2 day old bread. Sandwich was falling apart. And best part was the still cold solid slices of cheese. Disgusting!! Worst egg sandwich I 've ever had.To have two locations and only post one phone number...plus confused and rude service...never again

Had a 7pm reservation for 8 people. Didn’t get seated until 7:30. They seated us at a table big enough for 4 people. Didn’t have enough room for anything on the table. Food and service were below average. I have been to 3 other Margaritas. This was by far the worst.

First went here in 2007 on a trip from Florida. For sixteen years I've been dreaming of having these bagels again! SIXTEEN YEARS! It was definitely worth the wait. These bagels are amazing and the cream cheese is the best.
