Cool hole in the wall restraunt right on the Newport strip. Delicious breakfast. Fast service. Although the strip has a few Mexican spots, Margaritas flavor is above the rest.Parking: On Newport strip, very busy always packed. Expect to park far and walk to your destination

Local diner vibe in Ocean Beach. Great spot for a satisfying breakfast with super-friendly service.Parking: Free 2-hour street parking from 8 AM to 8 PM. No time limit after hours or on Sundays.
