Margaritaville Niagara Falls

Went here for my 30th with my fiance. I always love the vibe and atmosphere of Margaritaville. The drinks are the best part and never disappoint! Our server, Sarah, was excellent too, we really like her! The frozen margarita flight was fun and tasty, and there’s lots of cool things to look at like a giant blender, an airplane hanging from the ceiling, and a waterfall screen that plays music videos. The food was pretty average, nothing special at all but was not bad. Would definitely recommend if you want a cool place to order some cool drinks and enjoy an entree or app. We also went on a winter Sunday night so it was actually pretty quiet in the restaurant….felt nice lol. Not the best spot for a drink in Niagara Falls. I didn't have sky-high hopes for the food and drink, but I thought at least Margaritaville could pull off tropical ambiance. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was lacking on a recent visit. The restaurant was overly-lit and plain when it should have had a more tiki vibe. God help you if you have to eat there. Tortilla chips were grocery-store quality and the dips tasted like they were squeezed out of a plastic bag. On the plus side, my margarita was decently made. While we were planning on making more of a night of it, we had one drink and left.

Went on a Monday in Oct when they opened. Had 5 workers and 2 Birds. Hostess sat us down and 15 minutes later a bar tender who spent the 15 min since we walked in casually chatting with the other workers. We ordered a drink. 15 min later, he came to us with the drinks. Did I mention we were the only workers? Oh the 2 birds I mentioned were flying around the restaurant. Needless to say we did not order food and left in fear of the birds adding an additional topping. Poor service. Disgusting environment.

I am giving this restaurant one star because I was overcharged. I asked the waitress to convert the receipt from Canadian money to US money. I decided to check the receipt when I got back to my hotel. The waitress overcharged me by $20. So PLEASE check your receipts after dining here.On the positive side, the drinks and the poutine were good. Do not order the nachos because the chips are stale. Réservez une table maintenant

We've frequented numerous Margaritavilles over the years... typically always a crowd favorite. The service was great and the food oddly just ok. Maybe different ingredients are used in Canada vs. US? ‍ Also the outdoor seating area was filthy with sticky tables and unkept condiments.

The servers are friendly, but the food was pretty awful. For the price we paid, definitely NOT worth the price we paid. About $85 USD including tip for 2 people. I had a stomachache soon after. There were a few other diners, but it was relatively quiet and empty.

The food was tasty we had a BBQ burger the coconut shrimp. Service was good, although being charged for a 2nd tiny pot of dip seemed a bit extreme. Handy location near to the Falls parking.

The food was tasty, the beer was cold and the service was so much fun! We really appreciated our server's positive attitude and great sense of humor, he made our day! Réservez une table maintenant

My order was tasty but it wasn't overly filling.I left the restaurant still kinda hungry.I did like the atmosphere and my drink.For the price, not good value.

Hands down best margaritas around! Great and attentive service. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly, pleasant and attentive.
