Price $2 Size: above average Quality: lots of apple chunks, some syrup like bites, but almost to sweet kinda overs the other tastes Poundage: for the size it’s on the light side, thin, and edges could be crispier. Overall a solid donut for $2 , would make the stop of in the area.

I grew up and lived in Sacramento (1965-2017). A visit to Marie's Donut Shop, in North Highlands, is always on my trip when I come to California. The donuts have not changed and the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Stop and say hello when you're in town. They won't be disappointed.
