This has to be the best ceviche I've ever tasted. They serve it from a food truck, and there are some seats nearby where you can enjoy your meal. You might think that food from a truck can't be fresh, but I assure you, the quality and textures here deserve a five-star rating. My friends and I tried the Tacos de Camarón, Poseidon, and Mixta. Both the octopus and shrimp were cooked to perfection—not too chewy—and the combination of citrus with their house-made salsa was spot on. Between the four of us, we had more than enough food. I love the tacos de camaron! They're crispy and perfectly fried. The tacos are really hot when they are served so be careful! You get a ton of shrimp in them and the flavors are great! The salsa and avocado on top go so well with it. It's so filling! There's also hot sauce on the side that you can use. I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu!

Concise and to the point: The food is fantastic for the value. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos and the Poseidon tostada—they're absolutely delicious! Just a couple of notes: parking can be challenging since the food truck is located on a busy street, and they only accept cash. No credit or debit cards are accepted.
I've never had a better crunchy shrimp taco. Never even tried anything else here and no desire to because each other thing I eat will take away stomach space from another crunchy shrimp taco. They are perfectly fried, not too much breading and perfectly crunchy.
The tacos are delicious, and the plate includes a quarter of an avocado and some salsa. However, it's not my top pick.
