I work in Uptown came across Market Basket in the height of the pandemic. They were one of very very few shops remained open I've been going ever since.Carmella always takes care of me, she knows my regular orders and shes quick with it when i switch things up. Love her fun personality.Sometimes theres nice small talk while you wait other times theyre busy with a rush hour. Get in, get out! No matter what, they always make you feel at home. Good food, decent prices.
The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding! The staff have an incredible knack for remembering regular customers and their orders. They can anticipate what I want before I even realize it myself. There aren't many lunch places I'd choose over this one!
Lunch with a touch of humor. You'll definitely receive some lighthearted banter alongside your sandwich. The selection offers a nice variety, typical of a classic deli. The daily specials made from scratch are often excellent.
Stars are for the GIANT decently tasty sandwich at a very decent price. Service was very friendly made me feel at home and were very kind.You get a lot more in quality than what you'll pay for which already is very cheap. Réservez une table maintenant
Carmella makes the most delicious egg sandwich. She always remembers exactly how I like it. I wish her and the new owners all the best and I'll definitely be back numerous times.
I absolutely love this place! The service is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. They offer homemade soups every day, along with delicious desserts that are perfect for lunch.
It was Meh at best. They were very grouchy in there (not the end of the world), but the chicken salad was not only small but very dry with little flavor.

A longstanding gem on Wall Street, and for very good reason! I highly recommend trying the Cape Cod chicken salad.
