Having an Amazon Prime card is very useful when shopping at Whole Foods. The card, along with the Amazon app, allows you to receive discounts and stay informed about sales items. I go to Whole Foods for specialty items, organic fruits like apples, strawberries, blueberries, and pears, as well as specialty cheese and bakery items. They also carry a variety of Keto/Paleo products and have a fresh oat-milk/almond milk machine. They make Naan bread in their on-site Tandoori oven, which is displayed next to the bakery.
