I stayed at the Marriott right next to this restaurant for 4 days and came here every night for dinner (around 430 to 5 pm) to tour the menu. Here is what happened... The first night I sat at the bar and Hunter was my bartender. Absolutely amazing. He gave me a local beer sample and then recommended multiple favorites from the menu. I went with the Royale burger, medium, with brie cheese instead of american and added bacon. I also had the fries. We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop here for lunch and drinks, not knowing anything about the area. It turned out to be the BEST decision! Our server, Kenny, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and a lot of fun. He had a fantastic attitude and provided outstanding service. He recommended some dishes, which were absolutely top-notch, and he also suggested delicious drinks. My husband tried the new fashioned and was pleasantly surprised by how much he enjoyed it! After a long weekend in Atlanta, Kenny truly made our experience wonderful. The flatbread with apples and Brie was so delicious that I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. I would rate this experience a zero if I could. I saw the manager blow her nose, skip washing her hands, and then handle 8-10 different customers' plates. She added pickles, fries, and sauces, and delivered them straight to the customers. When I asked her not to touch my plate until she washed her hands, she disappeared into her office until we left. This sets a terrible example for her staff, and the kitchen is completely open for everyone to see.
We went just before going to the rodeo. Was seated quickly, so I was impressed with that as the most tables were filled. The biggest upset was the rather slow service from the waitress with a bland attitude. Had to keep waiting a long time for her to come back, and she never cracked a smile. Also, fries were not that great they were hot but tasted old. My burger was good, but my husband's grilled chicken sandwich was lacking taste.

Usually great but this visit after a long wait, we had to ask twice to get service. We sat outside and the ceiling heaters were mysteriously turned on when it was already 85 degrees! The server who finally came was attentive and professional. Family enjoyed their meal but my Ceasar salad seemed to have crumbs rather than croutons and powder rather than parmesan cheese. The onion rings were partially battered. Very strange visit.
Walked in (5) of us Saturday evening before the bull riding at The Gas Light. Had a cocktail at the bar and was seated within 10 min. We were in a bit of a hurry and the server got our 4 apps out within minutes. It was ALL DELICIOUS and the server was FANTASTIC!!!
Had a great team meeting at this restaurant with my company. We all enjoyed our food and drinks and service was nice. 45 min to wait for a big table and a long wait for the food, but all worth it.
Visited here on a Tuesday night and the place was packed. Service was very slow, which was understandable . The food was great and the atmosphere was electric. Met some good people.
