We began our meal with the Roasted Bone Marrow and the Foie Gras. Both dishes were packed with flavor. The marrow came with soft little muffins that melted in your mouth, while the foie gras was one of the best things I've ever tasted. For dinner, I chose the Pork Belly, which paired wonderfully with the sweet potato hash; everything was cooked to perfection!

I visited marrow last Sunday and it quickly became my favorite restaurant in Detroit. The atmosphere was impeccable and the food was incredibly delicious. I am not kidding, every bite I had made me do a happy dance and I didn’t want my experience to end. What made this place even more special was the service. My waiter Scott was so attentive and friendly. He knew the menu very well and made the best recommendations. He took the time to chat with me and he was so thoughtful. This is a small plates restaurant that offers delicious and unique dishes. I had the lamb entrée, which consisted of lamb ribs served with baba ganoush and grilled fennel. I appreciated the creativity, as the lamb could vary the next time I visit. The service was excellent, though the person taking our order wasn't always the one bringing the food to our table. Prices are moderately priced but worth it. I plan to return. They serve beer, wine, and liquor, and there's also a small butcher shop on-site. I recommend making a reservation, as the parking lot is small and mostly relies on neighborhood street parking.
I was thoroughly impressed with Marrow! We were celebrating a birthday, and they truly went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion. The service was flawless; we were never left waiting, our drinks were constantly refilled, and there were regular check-ins from the staff. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, too. I recommend stopping by Two Birds down the street for a drink before or after your meal. And, of course, the food was simply delectable. I would definitely return!

Wow! The restaurant is clean, and the customer service is friendly and attentive. The dining area is cozy, so I recommend making reservations in advance. There is also a lovely patio space. My experience here was fantastic! The menu changes regularly, but we opted for the multi-course meal at $90 per person, which was incredible and very satisfying. Each course was bursting with flavor and substance. I've included pictures of every dish we had. I highly recommend this place!
We loved our experience at marrow! From the moment we walked toward the front door, we felt so welcome and well taken care of. We were greeted and allowed to sit down a little earlier than our reservation listed and every single person that we talked to was helpful with deciding what to order and adding so much detail to our food experience. This is one of the best restaurants in Detroit. The food was spectacular, the service was warm and solicitous and the cocktails were fantastic. I had a mezcal Negroni that was innovative and delicious. I can’t recommend this restaurant more highly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
The chef's tasting had a large variety with different flavors. I did find the salad and beef to be a bit salty. Drink and wine options were good and the bartender Bob was very well versed in both.Food: 4/5
