Wonderful service and female sushi chef is brilliant. We each had the chef's omakase. You will not leave hungry. Each dish was uniquely and creatively prepared and plated. The waitstaff that served us was knowledgeable not only about the dishes but sakes. He recommended several and gave us tastings. We bought a bottle that was aged and had a earthy finish. He moved the space heater close to our table (brrrr weather). We left him 25% tip. He earned the tip. Yes, would come back and yes today is not soon enough.
I’m so thankful that I got to enjoy this lovely omakase course during the quarantine days. The staff did a wonderful job creating their small outdoor space for dine in seatings. The food was very fresh and true to its ingredients as sushi should be. And the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind! I’d love to visit again soon.
They provide a remarkable vegan omakase experience. Each course is unique, beautifully presented, and feels authentically traditional. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Don’t waste your time at that other overrated vegan sushi spot in town; Maruya offers a far better overall experience.
I’m so glad I discovered a vegetarian omakase! It’s high quality and reasonably priced. My boyfriend ordered the chef’s omakase, which also offered excellent value. I can’t wait to try the Buddhist 8-course menu next time. The service was fantastic!

Absolutely incredible! We were truly impressed by the creativity and flavors in every dish. They also offer fantastic vegetarian options. This restaurant is a lovely setting for celebrating special occasions with loved ones.
This is the best restaurant I’ve been to so far! The food is both delicate and delicious, and the indoor atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend Maruya. The experience was truly amazing! I absolutely loved it!
