Le restaurant ici a récemment été rénové et se compose de deux belles salles cosy ou, les soirs de beau temps, vous pouvez manger en plein air sous les arbres. Nous avons choisi le menu à 29 euros qui offrait un excellent rapport qualité-prix : des produits de grande qualité, frais et de saison, avec quelques touches agréables. C'est une ferme porcine qui élève des cochons noirs de Gason, donc la viande et la charcuterie étaient fantastiques, mais l'aligot qui l'accompagnait était le meilleur que j'ai goûté et le dessert était raffiné et délicieux : un parfait glacé avec une délicieuse sauce aux fraises. Situated in what appears to be a very remote location this place is well worth a visit and a great example of the quality of French ferme auberges. These arw part of farms and by law must use produce grown/bred on site. Few non French visitors seem to be aware of their existence and we were the only non-French people at Sunday lunch in a packed dining room.There is no menu - everybody gets the same. The restaurant here has been recently refurbished and is two lovely cosy rooms or, on fine evenings, you eat outdoors under the trees. We had the 29euro menu which was excellent value: really good quality produce, seasonal and fresh, with some nice touches. This a pork farm, raising black noire de gason pigs, so the meat and charcuterie were fantastic, but the accompanying aligot was the best I've had and the desert too was refined and delicious: an iced parfait with a lovely strawberry sauce. Good wine and a distinctive apero are included, and you can stroll to visit the pigs if you like after you've eaten. Service was as good as I've had anywhere: friendly, efficient and attentive. This was a very pleasant dining experience. The staff were hospitable and friendly at this Ferme Auberge. Lovely ambience. We began outside with an aperitif which was made from plumbs grown in their farm, excellent accompanied with slices of sausage. After this we went in doors for the set menu which had a vegetable starter which was a delicious tomato salad, followed by a selection of meat with potatoes, followed by a cheese course and the dessert and all washed down with some rather good red wine. All very simple but very good. The meat is from their own farm and I can recommend this place for a very pleasant dining experience. Make sure you check your directions before you go.
this was a very pleasant culinary experience. the personal was hospitable and friendly in this ferme auberge. beautiful ambiente. we started out with an aperitif made from klempnern who grew in their farm, excellently with discs. then we went to...doors for the set menu that had a sweet starter that was a delicious tomatensalat, followed by a selection of meat with potatoes, followed by a cheese course and dessert and all washed out with some pretty good red wine. all very simple, but very good. the meat comes from the own farm and I can recommend this place for a very pleasant culinary experience. make sure they check their instructions before they leave.
Absolument adoré. Si vous voulez de l'authenticité, venez ici. Nous étions un groupe de 10 avec un végétarien et ils ont rendu l'accommodation possible (veuillez leur demander s'ils réservent). Tout est fait maison avec des produits locaux, y compris ceux de leur jardin. Ce sont les couples les plus gentils et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. C'était incroyable et ce dessert m'a transporté. Le vin était également délicieux.
L'emplacement est bon, la décoration est belle et très agréable. Le service et le personnel étaient très plaisants. Le menu à 29 euros était malheureusement un peu limité et fade, donc avec le vin à 36 euros par personne, ce n'était pas vraiment un bon rapport qualité-prix. Réservez une table maintenant
