Masami Japanese Hibachi And Sushi

The atmosphere was dark, gloomy, and outdated. We specifically chose this place for its hibachi, which was supposed to be available during lunch, but we were informed that it only runs at dinner. We should have left right then, but my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday here. We decided to stay and ordered five lunch specials along with drinks, which set us back $90, and it turned out to be the worst food I've ever tasted. None of us could finish our meals. It was an absolutely terrible experience. Now, 40 minutes later, I’m feeling increasingly nauseous and suspecting I might be on the verge of food poisoning. I always have a great experience with the food here. The tuna tataki is incredibly fresh, and the green onions on top really enhance the flavor. One of my personal favorites is the jalapeño popper. The level of spice can be hit or miss, but I think it's definitely worth the risk.

I absolutely love the sushi from this place! I'm very particular about my food, and the flavors here are fantastic. The fried rice and vegetable tempura are delicious as well. I absolutely love the Filet Mignon Lobster Hibachi; it's incredibly flavorful. I also really enjoy the Shumai and would definitely recommend it as an appetizer. My favorite, however, is always the Eel Avocado Roll, which is prepared to perfection.

Cons- Noodles were slimy and way overcooked. I didnt taste any type of teriyaki sauce. I ordered a vegetable AAC roll, but was sent an Alaskan roll. Pros All of the sashimi was awesome, fish was super fresh Fried rice was cooked perfectly.
