This place has terrible customer service. My wife works in the building where this place is located. I have pre-ordered my wife a meal from here on three separate occasions and each time the food wasn't ready when she walked downstairs to lick it up. Shehas only a 30 min lunch and the first two times the food wasn't ready till after 20 minutes of when it was supposed to. Today Iset the preorder to be picked up at 11am even though my wife doesn't take lunch until 1130am. The food still wasn't ready whenmy wife went to get it and she had to wait another 10 minutes before getting her food. This is completely unacceptable. Themanagers and staff there need to be replaced.
Come here for a meeting once a month. The breakfast burritos are tasty with vegetarian options. Coffee is good, although i feel there could be creamer that is cold to help not burn your mouth. His place even has a bar for wine and maybe sots, I dont knowsince I dont consume alcohol. But if you do, the option is there.

I've been coming here for breakfast during my breaks, and every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile. Miriam is very kind and friendly, always attentive to the needs of everyone who enters. Leslie and the rest of the kitchen staff also contribute to making this a great spot to relax. Food: 5/5.
Ordering soup used to be quick and easy, but now they serve it from the back, which adds a ten-minute wait. I used to look forward to the lunch specials at Matisse; they were always pricey, but the convenience was worth it. Now, I would rather skip lunch altogether than eat at Matisse.
Matisse Bistro?s daily specials are very well prepared and are served with high quality ingredients. But the checkout lines need to be improved, usually it takes 5-10 minutes just to order since there is only one checkout person.
I'm not a beer connoisseur by any means, but I readily appreciate a good beer, especially when the bartenders are passionate and know what they're talking about, and boy do they know their shiz at Matisse Bistro.
