I ordered a sushi and sashimi combo, which came with a side salad and a small bowl of miso soup. Unfortunately, the miso soup was extremely disappointing—absolutely flavorless. The salad, dressed with a peanut dressing, was equally lacking in flavor. Both of these items don't hold a candle to what I'm used to at my go-to sushi place in Bristow. I've dined here several times, and the sushi is outstanding. We've also tried other items on the menu, and they were all delicious. I prefer to wait until I've visited a restaurant a few times before writing a review, as this allows me to gauge the consistency of their food. The service has been consistently excellent as well. I've genuinely enjoyed every single visit.
I went here with my family, and the waitress was very friendly. It took a while for our order, so we were given complimentary dumplings. We all had a great meal. The fish was very chewy, and had a very quality texture! It was perfect overall, and the hygiene wasn't even a problem either. They also give you low sodium soy sauce on request, as well!
What an amazing dinner! The ambiance, the beautifully presented dishes, and the generous size of each sushi piece all contribute to its popularity. This charming little restaurant offers a fantastic experience. Kudos to the staff for their excellent service!
