Imagine it’s your 30th birthday and your birthday cake is ruined by this bakery. They said they were able to recreate a cake similar to my reference pictures. When I saw the cake that I received I wanted to cry so badly. Never in my 30 years of life have I ever seen a cake so horrible! As for the taste taste I ordered strawberry shortcake and it taste like it was months old it was disgusting and gross. I had to dump the entire cake in the trash immediately. Ruined my birthday and I’m so disappointed by this bakery. This bakery is trash!!!! Do not order custom cakes from them unless you want to be disappointed. I wish I could give zero star!
The apricot croissant is my absolute favorite pastry in town, closely followed by the chocolate croissant. They offer a fantastic selection of cakes, pastries, pies, and coffees. This bakery is my top choice during the holiday season. The aroma of freshly baked goods that greets me as I enter this Italian bakery is one of the most delightful experiences I can remember.
Not only is the coffee great, but the workers there are super friendly, and are very helpful. I come to this coffee shop a few times and I’ve never seen any of them without a smile on their face! They even let me do a photoshoot in there. Amazing place! Wish I could rate it higher.
Mattarello is my favorite spot for coffee and pastries! They serve the best espresso in town, and I highly recommend trying the Sfogliatella and the apricot croissant. Located just steps from the train station, it’s a perfect place to stop before or after your commute.

We ordered two cakes from Mattarello Bakery for our daughter's 6th birthday: a strawberry shortcake and a Ferrero Rocher chocolate cake. Both cakes were incredibly fresh and delicious. Thank you, Eva and the team, for providing such wonderful birthday desserts!
If you're looking to recreate the experience of a European café at home, Mattarello's is the place to go! They offer fantastic cappuccinos, and today I enjoyed St. Joseph's pastries delivered right to my door. Highly recommend!
The fruit tarts were quite delicious! However, I would have preferred if they had listed the sizes in inches or centimeters, as I was surprised by how small they were. I thought I was getting the mini versions.
Ordered online for pick up—order was ready on time and staff was excellent. Pastries and desserts were good. The lobster tail was the favorite.
