very disappointing encounter this time. our first time was wonderful and we had the same experience to bring our family with us. totally opposite. the restaurant was heavy overcrowded to the point that I, as I sat with my back to the floor, was less than 1 foot from the person behind me. I was inaugurated by every other person during my meal. the noise was more like a nightclub with live heavy metal music than a relaxing, fine culinary experience. then the food received, from us 6 of us two of us a paleable eating (can even be delicious). the othe 4 could not finish their meal because of the taste. the cuddles for an appetizer were tasteless, the worst I ever had. the broth should have a spi...

The hostess said she didn’t have our reservation. Showed her the comms I had confirming. I am furious. Put me and my company in a bad light as I stood their like a dummy with an important customer at my side. Do better.

food and service were great. the restaurant is very crowded, almost no place between tables and is also very loud.
