Matteo's Pizza Bistro

I absolutely love this place! I've been here twice while visiting my niece in the city. The pizza and salad are fantastic! The terrace is beautiful, and it's a family-friendly venue with a touch of elegance. They had no issues accommodating our special requests. The wine list is impressive, and the wine shop attached to the restaurant offers a great selection at various price points. As someone who works in the wine industry, I can attest to its quality! The staff member I spoke with was very knowledgeable and engaging. I ended up buying more than half a case and even received a discount. I'd give 10 stars! Service venue was amazing and the food was the cherry up. We came to dinner and sat outside in the terrace. It is a very beautiful free space, hidden in the wall. From outside, you would never suspect that there are external seats. The trees, green paired with the lights thus gave a relaxing ambience. I ordered her mussels in sauce with zoodles. My order came with spaghetti instead of zucchini noodles, but the waitress immediately noticed and brought a whole new order of mussels and the right noodles. So I took myself home. Will definitely come back.

I had my first experience at Matteo?s for a work meeting. Despite the restaurant being busy, it didn?t feel crowded, and the staff still took the time out to be warm, friendly, and inviting. The food was delicious. I couldn?t wait to eat my dinner, but at least I remembered to take photos of the beautiful desserts before gobbling them up. I like that they have indoor and outdoor seating. The environment was charming and comfortable. I would definitely dine at Matteo?s again.

First time here, this bistro was excellent. A variety of good food to choose from, thus, I stuck with my favorite litmus test, the hamburger. It was made with ground chuck, and I added bacon. It was very good. Met a friend here for his birthday, he had the same and he enjoyed his meal as well. Purchased pan-seared salmon to go for my wife and she loved it. Will definitely return to this bistro. In the picture, my friend requested extra crispy fries, they were excellent. Réservez une table maintenant

We truly enjoy the delicious food and outstanding service at this restaurant. I especially appreciate that they offer vegan options, which is great for me since I have a nice vegan spot nearby. Our family has been visiting Matteo for many years, and it’s wonderful to see a restaurant that adapts to the growing vegan community in the area, catering to the evolving dietary needs of its customers.

The food is fantastic! There’s something for everyone in the family. If my partner craves a lovely chicken or fish dish, they’ve got it. If I’m in the mood for the best burger in town, they have that too. And if my daughter wants a tasty cheese pizza, they offer that as well! I couldn’t ask for a better place.

Great wine! Best cheese pizza! What more do you need? Very welcoming to my annoying family and bratty kid. Matt and the crew are fantastic hosts! It's a fine dining experience in a casual dining package. Absolutely love this place

Love the food here. Staff works hard, food is fresh, and the patio/garden seating is quaint. I try to stop in every time I drive through Sac. The little wine shop attached to it is a nice added bonus as well! Réservez une table maintenant
