During my first visit, I met Raj, the owner, who warmly greeted me as soon as I walked in. He took the time to discuss the various beers he had on tap and passionately explained why his pizza is superior to the competition. After visiting about eight times, I can confidently say that I’m always welcomed by the staff, my pizza is ready in just 20 minutes, loaded with toppings (just like a Round Table should be), and you can really taste the difference! There was one instance where I encountered a small issue while ordering. An employee, I believe named Sky, called Raj to resolve the problem. I have to commend them for their excellent service. I placed my order and then, five minutes later, I parked my car because I foolishly forgot about the $8 deal until the last moment, haha. I grabbed my soda and decided to wait, but just a couple of minutes later, one of the staff members came to my car with my pizza already! The timer had said 30 minutes, so I definitely wasn’t expecting it to be ready that quickly. The two young ladies at the front were exceptionally polite and friendly too.
Worst pizza ever. Nothing was correct about it. I ordered a large create your own with Zesty Red Sauce, Regular Crust, Green Peppers, Green Onions and Chopped Garlic. There was absolutely NO sauce, the crust was Thin Crust and burnt on the bottom, barely any green peppers and never saw any garlic. Spent $45 on a pizza we had to throw away. It came from the Round Table on Watt Ave near business 80.
The customer service was exceptional, and the pizza was fresh and perfectly cooked. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on a Wednesday night. A big thank you to the staff for the complimentary drink! I will definitely be back in the future. P.S. A shout out to the cashier whose name I forgot – keep up the great work!
