I was with some friends across the street and looking for a local winery when we stumbled upon this place. It's a charming spot. The woman behind the bar seemed a bit off and could use some improvement in her customer service skills. Perhaps she could take a few tips from the young man with the beautiful smile working alongside her. The wine labels are very attractive. The rosé had a bold taste. We tried a white blend that was okay. There was no dessert option and they didn't even ask if we wanted any. We probably won't be returning.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of red and white wines. We tried the Ledyard Sunset white wine, which had a semi-dry taste. We also enjoyed some delectable Cheddar cheese and crackers while listening to the live band and dancing. The restaurant has seating available inside the building, on the veranda, and on the grass. It was a fantastic afternoon filled with tasty wine and live music. Keep an eye on their website for updates on when they have live music performances.
Decent wine! Didn’t realize they had live music. The performer seems like a nice guy but it’s way too loud and off pitch to be a likable experience. It’s pretty off putting since this live music thing is here almost half of the open hours. I wasn’t looking for a corner pub atmosphere when I stopped in.At least the wine is good. Plan to just stop and buy bottles to take home though.
Very balanced and delicious wine selections, especially the St. Croix.Tasting is expensive for 6 wines at $12 and sometimes 7 for $14, as the pours are too small, in my opinion. But overall I truly enjoy the music they have on the weekends, food, wines, views and service.

We paid $15 per glass for mediocre wine and encountered unfriendly service at the wine bar. It would be wise to spend your money elsewhere, where you can enjoy better company and higher quality wine. We have no plans to return to this winery.
This place is a joke they use Covid as an excuse to buy more bags to go apple picking people from the same household can’t share a single bag and go apple picking together so I had to go by myself
Overpriced vinegar served with less than friendly attitude. I can't believe folks in Connecticut put up with these types of places. What exactly makes this place a winery?
very comfortable ambiente and super friendly staff. I live in front of location and feel that this is the best of all ct wineries to relax
