On Sunday afternoon I visited McAllister, as I walk in there was a server at the cash register. She gave this horrible look at me and my son, which we ignored. As we tried to place our order she kept cutting us off and would not allow us to finish until I said wait a minute give us time. I decided to ask for the manager to my surprise the manager immediately defending her. Not allow me to state my complaint, I stated that I believe that she is racist. The manager immediately defend her again saying she is not, which it was that she was. I will not be back at that location ever.
HAIR!!! SO GROSS AND THEY DIDNT REALLY CARE!!!! There was a short black curly hair on my plate!! I am blonde just so you know, as is my whole family. We had a 40 dollar meal and when I took the plate up and they got the manager and she didn 't even Apologized asked for the plate, I said they took it when I brought it up. Said we can remake it. I said no I won 't be able to eat it. Refund for sandwich only they half heartedly said sorry and gave attitude. It was disgusting and handled so poorly by management highly recommend going somewhere else.
$9 sandwich with a sliver of meat. When this was shown to the girl at the counter, all she said was sorry.No offer to remake, discount, refund, nothing. I would have been happy just for them to remake me a decent sandwich. I wish I could post the picture I took. (Not sure why it won't let me post one). What a rip off! On a good note my husband said his sandwich was ok, although they gave him a bag of chips instead of the Mac n Cheese he had ordered and the broccoli and cheese soup was good. All in all, not worth $37.
I’m HIGHLY allergic to tomatoes which is why I always stick with soups or items such as the SW sandwich or wrap that DOES NOT include tomatoes. Welp, my greatest fear came true…. Ordered my tomato free entree.. took a few bites unaware of the tomatoes… then took a bite with the tomatoes. already took my meds and inhaler. Hoping this doesn’t result in an ER trip for me. Please please please train your employees to care and understand. Their carelessness could kill someone.

My food was actually delicious! The French Dip had a bit more fat than I prefer, but I ate 'er all! Potato soup embellished, yum! And the sweet tea is always the perfect sweet! Staff friendly, but didn 't circulate or ckean tabkes quickly. McAlister 's is always chilly inside, no matter the location. But, all in all, enjoyed the food greatly, though I shook a little from cold air.
The restaurant is clean, inviting, and efficient. The food is fresh and expertly prepared. Chris, the shift manager at the counter, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the corporate decision to offer affordable kids' meals, making it a great option for families. Overall, this place is very kid-friendly with its budget-friendly menu.
I encountered a problem with DoorDash regarding a missing item. However, when I reached out, the issue with the missing queso was resolved promptly and I received fresh food along with a drink. This was impressive customer service and very efficient!
If you enjoy poor customer service from Felicia (the manager) and food that is so poorly prepared for you that you'd think before serving your dog, this is the place for you. Every sandwich comes out soaking wet.
