I usually enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service at McAlister's Deli, but this particular location was a disappointment. We waited over 15 minutes just to place our order, despite there being no line ahead of us. When we were finally attended to, the young man who took our order was incredibly unfriendly. To make matters worse, part of our meal was missing! We chose to dine at McAlister's because we were visiting from out of state, exhausted from sightseeing all day and didn't have the energy to pick a new restaurant. We thought we could rely on McAlister's, but this experience was a letdown!
Children can eat for just $0.99 when you purchase an adult entree, which is an incredible bargain! My 2-year-old absolutely loves the turkey and cheese with applesauce. We've been visiting at least once a week for the past year, and we can't get enough! I also love the wild berry lemonade; I can't resist ordering it after trying it just once! And that pecan berry salad—I'm already drooling just thinking about it!
It is different, at least when I went, my order came out wrong( no big) I sent it back. The vibe was kinda blah like no one smiled or seemed happy, inside had an unpleasant odor in which a nother customer agreed.The taste of the food was just notmemorable for me, it felt like I could have just made the sandwich at home or bought it from the gas station a few buckscheaper. But do your thing Mc Al.
I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend two weeks ago, and it was her first time there. Everything was amazing, just as I expected. The best part? We encountered one of those surprising moments where they ran out of something, which allowed me to try a new favorite dish! Thank you!

The food is excellent, but the service is quite slow—almost reminiscent of a lethargic sloth. It would be helpful to have the online ordering system functioning during lunchtime. As a sizable company, I shouldn’t have to opt for Panera due to the lack of motivation among your staff.
Extremely uncomfortable experience. It's frustrating that you're expecting customers to tip for counter service, and the process to avoid it involves three extra steps. This is unacceptable. I won't be returning.
I waited an hour for my food to arrive, found a piece of paper in my sandwich, and the spoon wasn't clean. I wouldn't recommend this place; you’re better off dining somewhere else.
The cashier repeatedly made mistakes with our order. In the end, we didn't receive everything we had requested, but we were too frustrated to try explaining it once more.

We dined outdoors to take advantage of the lovely weather. The staff promptly delivered our meals to us. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive.
I really adore this restaurant! The food is amazing, and the customer service is always exceptional!
