I placed an order at 11:30 When I got there the order wasn't ready. So I was just standing there at the counter nobody approached me so finally I asked somebody to check on my order. They started looking forward in everything. There was no order nor had the order been started. No Did the order not save and their system they said. When the manager walked up and was standing like one foot away from me he didn't even speak or apologize or anything for the fact that my order had not even been started which I was taking to one of my accounts for lunch today. I used to use Mcallister's a lot especially when I was in Alabama but this is why I stopped because of the inconsistencies and the messing up the orders and leaving stuff out. My last time
This is consistently a disappointing experience. It is now worth finding another location. This location is either heavily underused or these employees need more training. If you want to make an order, wait 15 minutes. Then you? Your order will be completed in 20 minutes. Then wait at least 10 minutes over the predicted time for a very simple order - a sandwich and a cup of soup. To make worse when you finally get yourself? re food, they don?t take out the cheese or remember the pimp she specifically asked if you want. I had better experiences than that in other places. Don't waste your time. Once this has happened, good. At that time, I am still embarrassed because this situation is happening again and again.
The staff was friendly, but it was disappointing to come and want my favorite soup and be told that this place does not chicken and tick. The menu should be consistent across all locations. I went ready to spend a good amount of money because I had an operation and can only eat soup and leave disappointed by a soup that is not something I usually order.
