I visited the restaurant around 8:25 PM on Saturday, May 20th, with the knowledge that they close at 9 PM. We planned to order takeout since we were aware of the closing time. However, as we approached the counter, a male employee turned around and expressed his irritation by saying, "Ohhh my God," making it clear that he was displeased with our presence and the fact that he had to continue working for another half hour. My family and I decided to leave in light of this unwelcoming attitude. We won’t be returning, especially with staff like that. It’s unfortunate to see someone who seems so annoyed by having a job. Wishing good luck to the curly-haired guy at the pickup window.
The manager corrected my receipt after I was mistakenly overcharged by the cashier, who didn't seem concerned or acknowledge the mistake. I commend the rest of the staff for noticing the error on the ticket. The food was delicious. However, I think the advertisement on the side of the building for Black Angus needs to be updated, as it looks like it's been damaged by a restaurant fire.
I just brought home a Rachel sandwich and it is the worst sandwich ever. Tiny pieces of turkey pressed together and wasn’t fresh turkey, about 1/2 teaspoons of sauerkraut and a little spot of dressing. Broccoli left a lot to be desired too. I used the ladies restroom while they prepared my order and there is mold leaking on the toilet bowls. Worst trip ever!!! Service: Take out
I picked up an online order, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing! My sandwich had a strong smell and taste of burnt popcorn. My wife couldn't finish her club sandwich either. We usually enjoy dining at McAlister's and have had good experiences in the past, but we will be skipping this location from now on. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20. I want to like McAlisters but it’s just too expensive for what it is. The sandwiches don’t live up to others in the area and are just too pricey. Parking: Close to the grocery store so plenty of overflow parking. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
