This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was genuinely impressed by the atmosphere, the variety of food, and the friendly, efficient staff. I had a specific order, and both the cashier and the pickup staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding! I will definitely return and am already looking forward to another meal here.
I really enjoy McAlister's, but they often seem to overlook something in my order. They forget to remove the almonds from the salad, miss the salad dressing, leave out the pickles, forget the iced tea, and even sometimes add burnt bacon to a BLT. I truly appreciate their food, but it's frustrating that they can't seem to get these little details right.
This restaurant used to be a favorite spot. The service has consistently been excellent, and the staff has always been wonderful. However, I've noticed a decline in the quality and portion sizes of the food. Despite this, it's still a unique and enjoyable place for dinner.
