I usually really enjoy this place, but today was different. We placed a large food order for work, and unfortunately, my potato soup was spoiled—it was sour and curdled. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Jeff, who thanked me for my feedback and simply wished me a good day. He didn't offer any resolution, like a replacement soup or anything to make it right. Because of this experience, we won't be placing our group orders there anymore.
I had to write this location review because the Customer Service is amazing. Specifically there GM Joann super helpful. I actually came because I’m obsessed with her mini chocolate chip cookies, which taste amazing and are perfectly Chewy and soft. But they don’t offer them in a bag of 13 anymore but Joanne was nice enough to make a custom bag for us. That’s amazing Customer Service and again these cookies are amazing.

Zamaya was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing recommendations not only to me but also to another guest who arrived after me. I ordered a sandwich on gluten-free bread, and it was delicious! The presentation was excellent, and the portion size was generous. If you have dietary restrictions, they offer fantastic gluten-free bread.
