Service extremely slow 1 of the girls who wasn’t wearing glasses seemed to be joking and playing around while us customers was looking at her play and joke around. It should not take 15 mins to take someone’s order who was 3rd in line their were 2 cashiers... granted the one who wasn’t joking around cash register froze. The food was disgusting. The potatoes was AT LEAST 24 hrs OLD OR MORE! My stomach immediately started hurting after eating this obviously old non fresh potato. Saving my receipt just in case. The place was not crowded or was there any long line either. We are all trying to survive in this economy and at least if I’m going to spend my hard earned money on a service that was SL...
Hoping it's just a bad day. They have one cashier on a Sunday and a long line of frustration. The other servers have upset on their faces, it spreads onto the customers as they wait patiently. The drinks for refills are behind the counters not sure why considering they have a lack of helpers. Food was just slammed together, messy which doesn't help the taste in a weird way. Complete lack of management which isn't fair to the employees that show up to work. You guys can do better than this!
Recently tried the Memphian sandwich at this restaurant, and it was a delightful experience! Ordered 2 sandwiches waited 5 minutes for someone take my order. Was told that there was one one person working and to be patient which was understood. Then sat waiting for the food for about 30 minutes waiting, listening to what sounded like a group of women laughing and having a jolly time… Update finally got the food after just asking for a refund and not wanting the food anymore

They have a very clean restaurant and a very friendly staff. I ordered the New Yorker. It's pastrami and corned beef with Swiss cheese and spicy mustard on marble rye bread. For my side item, I went with broccoli. The food is always good and fresh. I highly recommend McAlister's Deli.
FROZE EATING LUNCH.. SO COLD IN RESTAURANT I TOOK THE REST MY LUNCH ATE IT CAR.. EVEN ASKED THEM TURN UP HEAT. GUESS IT A CORP THING. The girl at counter got my order wrong, but the server 1/2 fixed my meal I was already my car to finish my lunch .
This is great! They told us it would be 10 minutes for a baked potato. It takes me 45 minutes to several hours to cook a potato! Really the best place to get a huge delicious salad! Casual-fast or fast food baked potato?! Great ice tea!
Needs a good thorough cleaning, all the nooks and crannies, the floor, your shoes literally stick to the floor. It was gross. Don't touch anything. Food was meh.
