WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DRIVE THRU. FOOD HAS BEEN OVER 40 MINS SINCE I PLACED AN ORDER I ASK THE PERSON BRINGING OUT FOOD ADMITS THEY FORGOT TO TAKE OUT FOOD. I THEN CALL AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED SINCE IT STILL HASNT BEEN BROUGHT AND THEY BLAME ME FOR PARKING IN THE WRONG LOCATION WHEN I PARKED WHERE THEY TOLD ME TO PARK. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MAKING A MISTAKE. FOOD IS PRICEY FOR ME TO EAT FOOD THATS BEEN ON THE SHELF FOR 40 MINS BECAUSE THEY FORGOT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BLAME YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN YOUR WORKERS ALREADY ADMITTED TO FORGETTING.
Ooooooo this place! Yall I just felt for sandwich today and this place popped up in my search....fast forward to my expereince..I got there the ambience is nice,clean quiet it's like a sandwich shop with a bistro restaurant vibe...the cashier was very manerly.the decor is very contemporary and last but not least my spicy Chipotle sandwich was soon yummy. I had a bite of hobbies grilled turkey sandwich and it was just as tatsy...thank you for a wonderful experience
Food 4 stars, service 5 stars. The salads were good but the chicken is pretty straight forward...not a lot of seasoning, just that good old chicken flavor. The service is absolutely amazing. We had somebody come check on us 4 or 5 times while we were seated and bring refills, take away plates, and get us to-go drinks and take home bags. For a quick, dependable meal with great service, this is the place! Enjoy/disfruta! ????????
NEVER and I mean NEVER order through drive through . You will never get the food you ordered. We just payed $80 to have more than half our food missing. This is not the 1st time it happens. In fact, it's the 4th. We stopped buying food from this Edinburg location almost a year ago and it STILL IS HORRIBLE. Lesson learned, never go to this location again. Réservez une table maintenant
I was skeptical of coming to mcallisters for the first time. That all changed when the person who took my order spoke. She was kind, knowledgeable, and really cared about helping me. I will be coming back solely because of this person. I might spell it wrong but I believe her name is haily. Great job girl!
Have dine in and take out. On take out we never get the pickle with our sandwiches. The cashier said she would make sure we get the pickles this time...no pickles but a big long black hair mixed with my turkey meat on 9/8/23 it got caught up in between my molars YUK.Parking: Good
Visited this McAllister and the employees didn't know how to charge the items on the menu did my order incorrect 3 times. The bread never gets toasted at this location nothing like the McAllen location. This type of customer service is what runs a good business into the ground.
Good, friendly people. Usually order the salads or the choose 2; salads are always fresh and delicious, and the orange cranberry sauce on the sandwiches is scrumptious. Have a Tea Pass-awesome deal-get to indulge on the McAlister tea every day for only 6.99 a month! Réservez une table maintenant
