The experience was just okay. The bathroom was really unclean, and I noticed the staff touching their hair and faces, which was off-putting. There were also flies and gnats buzzing around. I had originally given it one star but upgraded it to four stars on June 10, 2021, because it seemed like they had made significant improvements. I decided to give it five stars since I hadn't visited since the renovation. I will provide another update soon! As of October 5, 2021, the place has improved a lot! I will definitely return on my way to the wilderness!
I experienced multiple issues with my order at this restaurant. I ordered a smoky BLT QPC (quarter pounder with cheese), but the first time, I received a sandwich with a fried chicken patty instead. The second time, they forgot the cheese altogether. When I went back for the third time, my sandwich was missing the bacon. The employee named Theresa found it amusing and was joking about the situation the entire time. It seemed like they were messing around with my food. I do not recommend dining at this location.
Starting off there was a mistake with the order and we were missing a hash brown. The lady said there’s nothing they can do to fix it they are we need to go around and pay for another one. I couldn’t even pay for it there. I was frustrated because I had children in the car. I asked for the franchise phone number, and the girl who is in the front yelled out you deal with this woman I’m going to choke her. By the way, there wasn’t just a Barre care of my food, but there was also I’m not sure what this is.
Every time they get my order wrong I say I won’t go back to this location and I because the convenience of the location it’s easier but definitely not going back. Ordered almost $40 worth of food and they forgot drinks on the kids meal and the apple slices. My fries and burger were COLD and the sauces that I asked for and PAID for were missing. I know people will say you should check your order once you receive it but that is NOT my job and responsibility. Horrible experience.

Very dirty my husband worked there they serve food off the floor. Very rude employees they make you sign a non disclosure agreement so you can’t tell the truth.They are Racist,there is also a cop that works there and will look up all your information and spread lies about you be careful this place needs shut down
McDonald's is really experiencing a decline in food quality. The fries are rarely hot, and the burgers are no better. This location is no exception. While the staff is friendly, your order is often wrong. Visit for the service, but be cautious about the aftermath of the burger. Food rating: 3/5.
Third time I've went here and my orders wrong. I can't go back because I only stop when on my way to work. Called the number posted online 20 times no answer rings a few times and someone's hangs up. So tired of this wont go back again.
Omg... SLOWEST place on earth !! Don't go to the drive thru unless you have plenty of time. Food is not great. I now drive over the bridge and go to Hanover McDonalds.Food: 2/5

10-15 min wait through drive through while being the 2nd car there. Undercooked and cold fries. Workers don’t have a care in the world.
