Although the website lists the hours as 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, it turns out that the Dining Room doesn't actually open until 7:00 AM. Unfortunately, there are no hours displayed on the main entrance door, so I had to call the restaurant to find this out. It's important for the hours to be posted on the door, and they should also be updated on the website for the Dining Room. On a positive note, the White Rock Dining Room opens early.
This branch does a good job with their customer service, especially the manager named Chelsea. I go here for cheap nuggets and fries from the app for my kids, and several times when I've run into issues (because the app doesn't always update correctinfo), Chelsea has always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Her friendly service makes coming her completely worthit!
They have the worst cheeseburgers at this McDonald's. They are ALWAYS cold cheese not melted and skimp on the condiments. Also the fish filets are different. They have fish now that crumble when you bite in it. I've started going to another McDonald'snow. Even though this one is closer. But the quality is not there anymore. Unfortunately
So on Monday 21,2022 night I went through the drive thru and order the more deals 2 burger and 2 mcnuggets and FF. The burger buns were slightly hard, the nuggets were dry and the FF were hard and probably old. The staff needs to be wearing hair nets andbe wearing mask.Yet, the Staff is nice thou! Wanna share a positive experience after leaving a 1 star review at the manlove location- employees extremely professional and courteous. Co2 not working so limited on drink choices but the employees handled it really well. I'll go out of the way to comehere again
This is literally the scariest McDonald's I've ever been in. I felt like I was in some kind of zombie movie and wanted to get the hell out of there as fast as I could. Might be okay to go through the drive-thru but don't go inside. The food was fine.
Excellent service and the food was visually stunning. The only downside was that when school let out, the restaurant was overwhelmed with noisy kids. It got so chaotic that the police had to come in to manage the situation.
They have a lot of sitting areas you could sit have your snack lunch breakfast dinner and they got to clean rest room you could use and need basically you could eat outside Réservez une table maintenant
Everything was very hot and fresh. This is the best McDonald's we've been to!
