As for the food, it was just okay. The chicken nuggets I had were a bit overcooked and not as flavorful as they usually are, but they were still edible. The restaurant appeared clean, and the bathrooms were acceptable. However, I could tell that customer service wasn't a priority here, which is typical for most McDonald's; it seems like the focus is mainly on getting the food out quickly. On a positive note, the french fries were good!
Something changed in either management or corporate, but when you have BOTH prices and hours change, then yes, you have a frustrating problem. I wish the franchisee could fix these problems but they won 't. On another note, the franchise owner shouldmake things run smoother, get rid of the lazy employees, answer a phone every once in a while, and please, hire friendlieremployees.
Would like to point out the lead of the day, Mariah, provided excellent customer service and checked on us multiple times throughout our visit to make sure everything was okay with our food/order. She went above and beyond and truly showed caring for her customers. The rest of the employees were also very kind and helpful that day.
It took them 20 minutes to give me my order and they still got it totally wrong. Can I ask When they train them, do they say, Just throw anything in the bag and get em outta here! Pretty sure that 's the cadence at this one. Thanks barnacles. Réservez une table maintenant
Need better service. My burger wasn't even wrapped good and it all fell apart. Also the food quality has gone down a lot. Last time you guys gave me a thin hard piece of bread with my burger.
I walked my dog too far , had no water , they welcomed me with open arms and Gave me a cup for my dog Zeus ! Thank you neighborhood McDonalds .
Somebody needs to buy a new clock. It says the dining room is open till 11 PM. But i'm sitting here at 9:20PM looking at a locked door
