The reasons behind this firstly I ordered a cheese and tomato tostie bcz my sister is vegetarian girl, but sadly they give us bacon and cheese tostie. This place is really understaffed! When we visited, it was quite busy, but the restaurant itself was dirty and the high chairs weren't cleaned. On the positive side, the food was fresh and delicious, so no complaints there. However, the iced mocha was terrible, and I had to return it. The young woman who was a 'crew trainer' on 3/11/22 did an excellent job assisting customers, even while training a new employee and managing everything at the front. We ordered a chicken wrap meal and a kids' happy meal.
I ordered a Big Mac and a Big Mac Jr., but neither had the special sauce or pickles, and the Big Mac Jr. didn’t even have cheese. It seems like when you order through Uber Eats, you get a half-made burger. Can you please clarify what your staff is doing? It’s clear they aren’t paying attention to their work or the orders. This was the second time of using this McDonalds and both times were pretty much the same. The service was really slow. The staff were nice enough, but the wait was not really worth it. I love these mcdonalds. they have an excellent food and drink options and are always delishious. order them on the electronic system, on the app or talk them with a real person on the counter. also mccafe has tasty dining and drinks options that are usable and are always very tasty.
Keep Driving! Go to a different store.Poor service, poor cleanliness, they forgot items in our order bad car parking/store entry. Definitely better Maccas around than what we experienced there today.
Horrible queues at the drive through they are always messing up your orders and taking forever to serve you. The queue always sits on south road. That’s pretty dangerous!!!!!!
