My experience at McDonald's was quite mixed. On the positive side, the food was great. However, the negative aspect was the men's bathroom. When I entered, I was hit by an overwhelming stench—it was a horrible combination of foul odors, including a mix of waste and something that had clearly died in there. The entire restroom was filthy, with urine all over the floor and feces smeared on surfaces. There was also some sort of powder scattered around the toilets and urinals, which was disturbing. If you're looking for fresh, quality food and customer service similar to what you would expect at any McDonald's, I highly recommend avoiding this location. The staff can be extraordinarily rude, and if your order gets messed up, they show little concern. I've tried reaching out to manager Rocio and called the number provided by the drive-thru, but of course, no one has returned my calls. It seems that both the corporate office and the employees lack concern for customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see that the staff, including managers, appear to be indifferent to the many issues, including incorrect orders and rudeness. Why have a two-lane drive-thru if one lane is blocked? On top of that, both menu screens were glitching, making it hard to place an order. Getting napkins felt like pulling teeth, the food was all at room temperature, the fries looked like they were just tossed into the bag, and I couldn’t wipe the extra soda off the outside of the cup. The burger wrapper and box were soaked in grease. This was my first and last visit here. Also, the pay window employee was missing for a good two minutes. I’m so thrilled I spent my hard-earned money at this place.
I ordered my fries well done and well done I received. Thank you. The experiences with well done fries have been hit misses. Some thinks when it's freshly fried then it's well done. (Yes, someone actually told me that asked if the fries are well done,she replied: yes, it's fresh out of the fryer just now). Everytime i go i tell them i want my food fresh and they always give me old food. Today i asked for fresh food and the fries was old. I asked for them to remake them they told me to pull forward when he gave me the bag back i could tell that they put the same fries inside the grease. My 5 year old also said they tasted funny. Im not going back to this location anymore.
During my visit to McDonald's, the restaurant was not busy, and the tables were clean. However, the children's playground with seating was closed due to the coronavirus. This decision was made for safety reasons, and it will remain closed until it is safe for kids to play and interact freely. Despite this, I enjoyed exploring the menu during my time there.
Horrible, took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Not efficient. The person taking the order is the same as the one taking the cash and giving the food. Checked bag on the way home and found out our fries were missing. Will not return. Findanother McDonald?s.
Drive-through moved pretty quick the service was great didn't have to ask for ketchup or napkins food was consistent fries were warm and fresh However they messed up on my order I had to turn around come back walk inside to get my order corrected
