I had a problem with my mobile order where my card was charged, but the payment wasn’t processed on their side. They did receive the order, but there was an issue with the payment. I was frustrated and thought about calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. Thankfully, the manager intervened and rectified the situation. I even offered to leave my contact information just in case the payment didn’t go through, but they reassured me not to worry. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays, especially at a fast-food restaurant. They definitely deserve a five-star rating and some positive karma!
I always have quick service here, but I'm writing this review specifically to commend SHELBY M. She was incredibly kind and patient, even during the busy rush hour, yet managed to get orders out promptly. Kudos to the team in the back as well, but I really appreciated her customer service. She even told me to get home safely since I was riding an e-scooter at night. Thank you once again!
This McDonald's is very concerned with the appearance of their drive thru being empty. Often they will ask vehicles to park in the numbered spaces and have food brought out, despite there being no one else in the drive thru lane. Additionally, any timeyou try to do the drive thru after purchasing through the app, you will be told to park in a numbered spot to wait for yourorder.
We drove through to get an ice cream cone for myself and my grandson. The cone that they made for us was super short. The last McDonald's that I went through for a cone made a nice 4-in cone. Don't know exactly how big they're supposed to be but theyweren't giving this time at this McDonald's. They were pretty cheap with the ice cream cone

The staff at this location are amazing! I've visited multiple times a day for ice cream, and each time has been a great experience. A few young ladies are especially friendly and always prepare my coffee perfectly. I think one of them is named Sydney, and she’s outstanding!
Tables were cordoned off with police tape because rain was somehow leaking into the dining area?! Seriously?! This is McDonald's, right? This should have been fixed a long time ago! #Unbelievable
Although the website states that they accept EBT, their system does not recognize the card, meaning they do not actually accept EBT at this location. This was very disappointing.
This location IS NOT 24hrs. Why can't businesses update their hours to be accurate so people don't waste time. Please update your hours. Food has been decent.
