I have to say that the employees at McDonald's during my visit at 7:49 AM were outstanding! The gentleman who took my order was not only polite but also very friendly, and I found myself thinking, "Is this really McDonald's?" When I received my order from a lovely lady, she took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I was genuinely impressed by how courteous everyone was. I would gladly return to this location just because of the fantastic experience with the staff. As for the menu, the food was delicious! The biscuit was fluffy and moist, a welcome change from the hard, dry options often found elsewhere. The meal was served warm, and my sweet tea was just the right amount of sweet....
Staff are lazy and seem miserable. They don 't talk.... Instead if saying hi, can I take your order? they 'll just look at you silently, punch buttons, then hand you a receipt without saying anything. Things get so backed up that they just neglect the front, leaving a crowd of customers standing around waiting for food (which takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time for fast food . I keep telling myself I won 't go back.
the eating was cold and the drive thru took me almost 25 minutes before I couldn't place my order and pay, there were only 5 cars in front of me. wasting my time and it would be faster/better to just go to another mcdonald's, even if the drive is out of the way
I rarely if ever write reviews but I have to say that drive-thru attendant Alexander is by far the most professional and courteous person I have ever come across at a McDonald's. If only all McDonald's had support staff like him. 5 stars!

I took my Guests to get some food. They didn't have the app on their phone and couldn't do the drive-thru. I dropped them so they could go get their food as take-out while I waited in the carpark. Very clean environment they have there.
I don’t typically write reviews, but I have to say that Alexander, the drive-thru staff member, is the most professional and friendly person I’ve ever met at a McDonald’s. I wish all McDonald’s had staff like him. Five stars!
The service was horrible! I ordered fish without tartar and I get a cheese sandwich! Warm fries and dried out lemons for my tea. So I took everything back and the manager don't even ask what happened! Horrible Horrible!
I ordered a smoothie with a blend of flavors, but it didn't meet my expectations. When I asked for a replacement, I ended up with a poorly made smoothie that had noticeable chunks of cream.

I guess they expect you to eat raw meat ???? EDIT: They called me to offer a free meal to apologize. I did not take the offer, but I appreciate the effort to make things right.
Ordered one flavor smoothie and got different flavor. When asked to change it and got the totally untasted smoothie and looks eating cream? not liked at all?
