The drive-thru experience was incredibly slow, and it seemed like plenty of employees were inside the building chatting rather than working (so it wasn't due to COVID). When I greeted the employee at the payment window with a "hello, how are you?", he completely ignored me and didn't say a word. (Imagine a grumpy cat meme here.) My order didn’t come with any napkins, and I also received an order of chicken nuggets that was missing, even though it was listed on the receipt. The fries were undercooked, and the sweet tea tasted old and sour (yes, that can happen). Overall, my experience was marked by slow service, unhelpful staff, and subpar food quality (even for McDonald's standards).
Have been here 2 times in the last day trying to get two quarters pounders with a mobile app code, where I buy one get the other free and both times they completely messed it up. First time all I got was a double quarter pounder so I got over charged and second time I didn't even get a single quarter pounder with my order.
The worst. Food thrown in the bag fell out of the wrapper. Dried up bun with a shriveled burger. Brought my nephew to play one morning and asked when do you serve lunch. 1030, or maybe 1040 or 1045 Get my nephew his burger Dubai and all the ketchup jugs are empty. Just consistently bad
Here is my beef with this place. Not one of thier employees is trained in making any deserts. The line moves quickly when no deserts or shakes are ordered, but Godforbid you order one ur holding the line up for 20 mins. We go to Burger King now for any kind of sweets.

The employees were rude and none of them were wearing masks properly. Also I feel like employee shouldn't be playing on cell phones when they should be helping customers especially at the register where most theft happens
I'm convinced that majority of the people that work here hate their lives and are miserable. This place is a hit or miss. One day things will be decent then the next is terrible.
I highly recommend McDonald's because I enjoy their fast food. Plus, by using the McDonald's app, you can access free deals and occasionally get 20% off on your orders.
This is the best McDonald's in the area over the past year. The drive-thru lines are short, orders are always accurate, and the staff has been excellent!

Worst I have ever been too ! Yeah it's a fast food place but wow !!! Fries tasted like they have been fried and refried over and over ! Horrible
10/10 quality food always. Everything I got is always good and is very quick. especially the Big Macs MMMMMMMM so big
