I can't believe how terrible this restaurant is. I ordered three times this month, and each time there was a mistake with my double cheeseburger, which I ordered plain. Once, my order didn't arrive at all. The second time, it came without any cheese. And today, it arrived with no meat! How can a restaurant mess up the same order for the same customer three times in less than a month? It's absolutely unacceptable!
June: Fast and persistent (Takeout) been coming here since I was a kid. Have a few small issues but every time they were very respectful and helped right away.August: Whenever we place an order they always say we can’t hear you. Get your speakers fixed because it’s annoying that every time we place and order they mess up the order because they “couldn’t hear us”
We gathered with friends for lunch at this restaurant, which was recommended to us by a friend. It turned out to be a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we felt wonderful throughout our visit. The food was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend this place to everyone.
Slow service in drive thru line, cold fries and nuggets, they forgot our milk shake and gave us extra drinks we hadn't ordered. They're working under construction with the lobby closed so I gave them 2 stars as a good faith sign that things would be better under normal circumstances but it was really not even one star service or meal. The ice cream machine is often out of order, and they frequently forget items in my order. Be sure to check your bag before you leave!
Stopped by to pick up a sausage egg McMuffin with my points. The drive through was busy but it was moving.
I usually enjoy fresh burgers here, but this time they were stale, so we ended up throwing them away.
