If I could rate this negative stars I would.. I honestly don 't know where to even start.. first of all, they have THE RUDEST people working here. Some young girl who is on a power trip, talking to customers like we are garbage. She should NOT be working with people, period. After waiting in line for 20min with 4 hungry kids in the car who had a half day of school, I was informed they were only taking DoorDash orders now. Naturally, I was upset and said wait, what? This McDonald's is a joke, whoever manages it does the worst job I think I have ever seen, not only do I never get what I actually order, but when I get it through door dash I never get my drink even though I paid for it, they always make my order wrong, they don't pay attention, don't waste your money ever eating here unless it's literally the last place on earth still with food. Employees that work here are pathetic and need to be recycled with people who can actually read a ticket monitor. Truly disgraceful.
I moved to Wixom recently and was excited that I was so close to a Mcdonald’s. I’ve been there probably 5+ times in the month or so I’ve lived here and unfortunately every time it’s been a disappointment. For example, the service is rude, the food is cold and hard, or my order is fully incorrect just to name a few. It’s really a shame, because of its close proximity but I would rather go farther away and know I’m getting consistent service instead of a bad surprise every time.
Is most disrespectful place I have ever been. I understand it might be a little hard to keep track who was in line first, but you should not give your customer a lecture on how we should wait for you to stop texting. There was no one else in line. The manager did not care or wanted to do anything about it. That place is a waist of time and money for anyone who goes there. They can't even make the food correctly.

I won't be returning to this McDonald's. This is the third time they got my order wrong and didn’t acknowledge it. The girl at the drive-thru was rude as well. I tried to get her attention to ask for a correction, but she just ignored me. When I picked up my order, I received a Quarter Pounder instead of the double I ordered, and the drive-thru was complete chaos.
The service was extremely rude. The staff rushed us as we were trying to place our order, and we could hear them shouting at each other through their headsets. It was quite unprofessional, and their behavior was embarrassing. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor service.

I had a great experience at McDonald's. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. Everyone left satisfied!
All drinks taste like salt. The customer service need to improve. I pray it gets better. I'm pulling for this location
