I ordered the BOGO for a dollar McDouble medium fries and medium drink. Instead I got two regular cheeseburgers medium fries and a child size drink. Took it back and manager had this attitude and tried to fix my order right. He didn 't give me my fries so whenever I asked about them he had an attitude but I ended up getting my fries. I got my medium drink. Folks if you 're in fast food whether you 're a crewmember or manager and you just have to have this bad attitude please for the everlasting love of God find something else
insanity. while waiting for my order, I stood close behind the soda fountain. nasty, just nasty. the old gaze is obviously disgusting. also the back of the machine looks like she hadn't been cleaned for months, maybe years. I visit this restaurant often because my grandchild enjoys it. However, I was really shocked to receive a very undercooked quarter pounder yesterday. This is unacceptable. I’m seriously reconsidering returning unless there are some improvements. Perhaps a stern talking-to with the cook is in order before we give it another shot.
This is a terrible chain that seems to disregard customer service. I had to wait almost twenty minutes in the pull-up area before anyone acknowledged my presence. By the time I finally got my cold fries and burgers, it felt like they didn't care whether I returned or not. I certainly won't be going back.
Don't waste your time! The service here is absolutely terrible, and the cold food and attitude are unacceptable. The manager, Gloria, lacks any management skills, and I’m done with it. All I wanted was a simple cheeseburger, but instead, I received old food and a poor experience. I won't be coming back.
