One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, food orders are constantly made wrong, if you make any changes to your meal it will typically not be looked at and will be made as normal, even if you paid for extra toppings or have allergies, at least every other time we go to this store we have to take our food back due to orders not being made properly, delivered orders tend to be even worse. Certain male managers refuse to take accountability for issues that arise and give a bad name to the Manley patch of stores. It’s McDonald’s, you guys don’t care about quality but at least consider that we are paying for a service and expect it to be made correctly. Very glad I don’t work here anymore.
Horrible. Got our food after waiting 25 minutes and it was sitting there the whole time. Chips were cold as was everything else. One of the ladies had to refill our frozen as it had sunk down that much it was almost empty. Red head manager stood there screaming at the other employees while doing nothing herself.
