We weren't allowed inside the restaurant, so the staff directed us to use the drive-thru. After entering the drive-thru line, we waited for several minutes without any communication from them. When we finally tried to place our order, there was a long wait and the line moved slowly. I’m rating my experience poorly due to the lack of customer service.
The waitress mixed up my food and drink on that occasion, but usually, everything is fine. The staff is nice, especially given how challenging it is to communicate while wearing masks. Service is generally quick, although it can get quite crowded and busy!
I love McDonalds so much because when you get a kids meal they get apple slices, toy milk. I really don't know who doesn't eat McDonald's. But if you never ate McDonald's go try it now. It be bussin bussin
There's always a new excuse for why they can't accept orders. They claim it's the best, but the service is consistently lacking, and there's always a reason why my orders can't go through. Réservez une table maintenant
Whoever works the overnight shift always neglects to complete orders. Forgetting sauces and/or entire sandwiches. This isn’t a one time thing. It happens on multiple occasions.
The dining experience is wonderful, and you leave feeling satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is prompt. The food is delightful. I would rate it 5/5!
Order took 20 minutes to serve. Crew was mad at some customers as they asked about where their order was. And my burger wasn’t wrapped well. Bad service.
