I am utterly disappointed in this place. If I could give zero stars I would!! I came in the store around 1 in the afternoon. Immediately as I come in I see a manager with no mask on!! I didn?t catch her name but as soon as I walked up she put it on. She was wearing an American scarf/mask that hangs around her neck. I get it might be hot working in a mask all day but working around your employees with no mask unless a customer walks up is not safe at all. This person should be reprimanded for this! Even fired! No one seemed to care or they were used to it and never said anything so she could put her mask on. I will he calling corporate after this to make a verbal complain. Whoever this manger...
Awful, borderline dangerous establishment. Staff openly and unapologetically harassed an autistic man, using profanity and mocking him in front of the entire restaurant in an attempt to instigate a fight. Employees proudly declared that there was nomanager on duty and threw food around the back area in an attempt to further aggravate him. All of this was done in the presenceof minors. I attempted to call the manager and was immediately met with profanity on the phone for asking to speak to one. I hadto call twice because they hung up on me the first time. Do not bring your children here.
Has outdoor seating, though there wasn't any umbrella shade at any of the tables today. Mobile ordering is great, and they have touch screen ordering inside if you like that. Sweet tea dispensers look clean and hygienic, with liners that are dated on top.Service is quick, good is good. Meets standards for McDonald's! Nice work. I would bump up from 4 to 5 stars if there was someshade for the outdoor seating, since it was blazing sunny today. There are clearly holes for umbrellas, but they are gone fornow.
Kids/teens were playing around talking not paying attention to their orders wouldn't say what we got back to us then had to go back threw the drive threw to get the mcdouble of our food so someone needs to teach these kids how to work and not play aroundor they need to hire new people that will actually work they forgot the strawberry pie if this happens again I will bringcalling HR and the more manger for the bosses number

I placed a mobile order using the app while I was at work. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, but the food was fresh and delicious. My pumpkin spice iced coffee was absolutely fantastic! Plus, I got a BB-8!
Used carside. Did not bring my drink even after reminding 2 times. Had to go in and wait 10 minutes to be noticed/helped then got attitude about them forgetting my drink.
Caramel frappe had large chunks of ice????????????? and the sugar or something tasted different then the other times I've had it there????, but it's still good. ????????
The fried chicken here is quite good, featuring decent meat paired with amazing pickles and mayo. I highly recommend it for its crispy texture and delicious flavor!

This is one of the best and most reliable McDonald's locations in Raleigh. There's rarely a long wait, and the food is always served hot and fresh.
I didn't receive any fries; all I got was a small burger.
