The inconsistent policies and the rude attitude I encountered made me lose my appetite entirely. No customer should have to deal with mistreatment for the sake of convenience. They claimed they were trying to minimize the number of mobile order refunds, which seems to be more about boosting their profits than about providing a good customer experience.

I had to wait over 15 minutes for two Happy Meals. I noticed that they were about to start my order, but then they started working on other orders instead. I had to remind the employee that I was still waiting for my two Happy Meals, and only then did he decide to finish my order. The worst part is that when my kids opened their meals, they found out that the apple slices were missing! So, not only was there a long wait, but they also forgot to include the apple slices. This has been my worst experience at McDonald's so far.

It was a horrible experience I ordered online to pick up inside. I tried to go in but the lobby was closed We went thru the drive thru for 30 minutes and turns out they threw away my food since I didn?t claim it. Workers were rude and blamed it on usfor not claiming it but doors were closed so how did they expect us to get it. We waited again for 15 minutes to get food remade.

I'm not sure what other people are saying about their experience at this McDonald's, but it's definitely a McDonald's. The five-star rating is based on my visit to the Drive-thru around 5:30 in the morning. I regret that I don't know the staff member's name, but he truly sets a standard that both new and existing employees should aspire to.
This is one of the worst McDonald's I’ve ever visited. The drive-thru takes forever—almost 25 minutes to get our food. The staff is rude, and they occasionally try to substitute items without asking. Also, there are times when they run out of orange juice in the mornings.
Some McDonald's locations are still closed to the public, but this one has reopened its doors since April 1, and we were thrilled! It's conveniently located in Inglewood, near the new stadium.
The line was quite long due to only one order window being open, resulting in a 35-minute wait to get out of the car. However, the food was fantastic, and the chocolate shakes were incredible!

Man this mcdonalds always lets me down. Wether its cold food or not being able to take coupons to messing up orders. I drive to other mcdonalds locations now because this spot just sucks!!!
