Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

I asked for Quarter Pounder with Bacon value meal. Obviously no Bacon, also missing are the Onions and Pickles. This happened at about 11pm and I was heading to my motel for sleep. I asked the young lady if it had Bacon, she asked someone else if it had Bacon, he said yes so she yes. Morning manager took pictures because I wanted them to be aware of situations at night. I was offered a comp meal by 1 morning manager and the other said they would have to wait for a store Assistant for refund. MORAL, check your orders for yourself.

I had an issue with my lunch and reached out via email to inform the restaurant about it. I received a call from the management almost immediately, wanting to understand what had happened so they could resolve the issue. The managers were very professional, and they took my concerns seriously. I’m really pleased to see such excellent customer service making a comeback here. I appreciate how they handled the situation and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Do not eat here. We?re stopping in the area for the night and grabbed a couple burgers before hitting the hotel. Got to the hotel and opened the food to see this mess. The burgers are sloppy and cold. The buns are old. The fries are cold and soggy. The Coke is good, so there?s that.

super rude! the lobby is closed. pedestrians must run in the drive thru track super dangerous. I was told to wait at the door, the door was open. I waited with my mask from the door. I was literally attacked by the employees. asks me without going to my order. super rude and evil. Réservez une table maintenant

our fish fillets have not even included the whole bungalow and the bungalow is super small. it was greasy and the small disc cheese was pathetic. no offensive, but surely my money was wasted. I was on my way, so I just picked it up.

The food was what I expected from McDonald's. I really dislike having to use a kiosk to place my order. However, I understand that with the push for minimum wage jobs to pay $15 an hour, costs need to be cut somewhere.

They literally didn't get one thing right on my order after asking like 4 times what it was and yet yall want 15$ an hour. Make 7.25 because you aren't smart enough to make anything more.
