It 's a gas station McDonald 's so my expectation isn 't high. But I 'm a pregnant woman who was craving a Mcgriddle, I paid for a Mcgriddle, yet I did not get a Mcgriddle. My food was incorrect in the bag. Which fine whatever. I should expect that. But thelady at the 2nd window, which by the way she was dressed looked to be a manager, asked me if I paid at the first window. I saisno. She asked why. I said oh the girl at the window didn 't- and then the lady cut me off and said oh you didn 't see her? Shewas there, the window is dark so you probably didn 't see her and confused, because thats NOT what I was going to say, I gaveher the money I had ready because of course i had EVERY intention...
This store and the workers involved with this McDonalds are disgusting. The manager of this location had open sores and scabs all over his face from him picking his face skin(wonder why). This is insanely unsanitary working in the food service industry.My wife would not even eat her food after seeing this guy. Order took over 30 min to receive after having to ask multiple timeswhere my order was. Order came and it was still missing items. Manager could not handle being questioned about it and wasextremely nasty and rude while the other employees were laughing about the situation. What a nasty experience and nastylocation with nasty employees.
When I spoke to the manager about the missing fries, she seemed unaware of the Free Fry Friday promotion and asked to see my receipt. I explained that the machine hadn't given me one, and the customers behind me confirmed the same issue. Despite this, she insisted that I must have entered a code, which I had already done. She kept repeating herself, so I eventually told her to forget it.
I then asked for her store number, but she didn’t know it. When I asked if she was the manager, she confirmed that she was. I suggested that she needed to improve her understanding of the promotions and provide better service.
If I could rate a o I would but it only allow one star they don't take your orders only by the machine I do cook to order so I can tell them hot and fresh the machine don't all you to do that. People was get cold hamburgers and frys they were returning there orders so I cancel my order so I didn't have to return mine. Only two people working and 10 waiting some say they been waiting 45 minutes I don't recommend this McDonald's

I arrived at 10:30 PM only to find the restaurant closed. I was simply told it would be closed for 30 minutes, but an hour and a half later, it still wasn't open. During that time, I saw three employees coming and going, eating food and smoking cigarettes, yet no one provided any explanation. This is incredibly unprofessional. As an expedited driver, I ended up wasting a good hour of sleep over this situation.
Last visit it was dirty inside. The prices are about the same as any other fast food places. I had made a mobile order at almost 2 A.M. but when I got there there was a sign that said they were closed. The manager on duty did go ahead and make my food tho. She wasn't rude about it. They just need to clean up a lil bit more and get their hours on the app and in store figured out.

McDonald's in general anymore is just sad. This one is slow, generally there drive thrue closed. There employee's have a serious lake of care about there attitude or your food. Just a heads up if you stop here they are slow and you should double check yourfood if you customize it in any way...chances are they didn't get it right.
The cashier during the night shift is amazing! So friendly and sweet!
